The Dufferin bus running north and south stops opposite St. Anne's Tower and Parish Hall. It links with the Dufferin subway and with the Dundas, College, Queen and King streetcars. Both the College and Dundas streetcars stop at Gladstone Avenue.
Some parking for church events is available, but only evenings and weekends, in the church lot off Gladstone Avenue just north of Dundas.
